loosing weight...
I had my last vacation sa pinas noong Feb 1 - 23, I really gained a lot of weight that time hahaha! 165 lbs!... I was teased and demoralized, kasi ang tawag sa akin ng mga barkada ko eh 'paga' (swollen) o di kaya naman eh 'ma-utdo' (shorty), I was devastated those days....joke lang hehehe! (babaw naman)
But it turns out a wake up call for me to start taking care of myself na rin, I was too eager and decided to loose weight...
I started going to the gym on April 1... after two weeks of depriving myself to lots of fattening foods and spending 2 hours exercising almost every day (after work) I lost 15 lbs...sobrang saya ko hehehe! lalo akong nag enjoy sa pag gi-gym. Ang kinakain ko na lang eh saging at iniinom ko na lang ay gatas morning at evening, tapos muntik pa ako naging bulimic hahahaha! kasi after lunch lahat ng kinakain ko eh pilit kong isinusuka hahaha...I think dala na rin yon ng frustration ko sa pumayat hehehe!
It's been a month na rin and I managed to maintain my weight into 150 lbs which is my ideal weight wala na rin akong bilbil, tapos hindi na rin mukhang monay ang mga pisngi ko hehehe...and the thing is normal na rin ang eating habit ko...(sorry guys ha! minadali kona lang tong blog ko kasi baka humaba pa at ma bored lang kayo sa pagbabasa...hihihihi!)
Madaming masarap na pagkain lalo na yong mga matataas sa cholesterol...but we have to take care of ourselves kaya payo lang;.. watch out lang sa mga kinakain natin, ika nga don't understimate your calories intake...lol
and always remember mahirap magpapayat...tragis!!!
I'll have my next R&R this coming May 30 and I will have my VENGEANCE!!! ha-ha-ha-ha!

ayos bro! tuloy mo lang yan.. gym lang ng gym.. hehe
it is very simple to loose weight (hindi ka lang kakain) yet is is not easy (mahirap pag di kakakain).
